Customization Process

Testing and Acceptance

Communicate with the client regarding product usage scenarios, functional requirements, and technical specifications to analyze actual needs and confirm customization details.

Design Proposal‌ and Quotation

Based on the customized content confirmed by the customer, design a customized plan, issue a quotation, and confirm the final plan with the customer.

Contract Signing

Both parties sign a contract to clarify their rights and obligations, product specifications, quantity, price, delivery time, payment terms, etc.

Production and Manufacturing

After receiving the advance payment, the factory begins to execute the contract terms. Organize production and assembly according to the product design plan, and ensure component accuracy and safety.

Testing and Acceptance

Upon production completion, conduct quality inspections to ensure performance meets standards, followed by client acceptance. If samples are required, accept samples first before proceeding with bulk production.

Delivery and After-Sales Service

After acceptance, deliver to the customer on time and provide after-sales warranty service to handle any malfunctions that may occur during use, ensuring the normal operation of the product.
